Nominations for the UK Rising Star award are open until Friday 6 June – they can be entered, for free, via the website.
The UK Rising Star is a Licensing International accolade, which will be presented as part of The Licensing Awards on Tuesday 16 September.
It is designed to recognise excellence among junior licensing professionals in the UK, under the age of 35. Nominees are being sought from across the entire licensing industry.
Previous winners include Corinne Duckworth from Dreamtex, Ellie Yarnell from Vanilla Underground, plus Hasbro’s Jessica Dodd, Abbie Burrows and Tasmyn Knight among others.
All of the categories for The Licensing Awards – including those for licensed products, licensed properties, retail, marketing, honorary achievement, plus the awards for sustainability, international retail and licensed live events – can now be entered, for free, via the website.
The Licensing Awards 2025 (which is owned and organised by Max Publishing) cover licensed product launches, licensing activity and licensed retailing execution taking place between 1 June 2024 to 31 May 2025.
Entry and judging of all the product categories will once again be done online – the process is quick and easy and means that there is no need to send any physical samples of products.
As ever, the product awards will be judged by key retailers from across the UK market – last year more than 200 retailers judged the categories.
All categories are free to enter. Deadline for all entries is Friday 6 June.
The Licensing Awards will return to The Great Room at The Grosvenor House Hotel, London on Tuesday 16 September 2025, so mark the date in your diaries.
