This Friday (6 June) will see the final deadline close on submissions for the Licensing Awards 2025, including the coveted Best Sustainable Licensed Product Award. Haven’t entered yet? Make sure you do!
Sponsored by POC Member, BBC Studios, The Sustainable Licensed Product Award is for a licensed item or range of any discipline and will recognise and reward the credentials of a licensed product/range on a sustainability front. The products had to be launched into UK retail between 1 June 2024 and 31 May 2025.
Previous winners include:
- Happy Place by Fearne Cotton AW23 Collection with Fabacus from Nobody’s Child (2024)
- Ben & Jerry’s x Tony’s Chocolonely Ice Cream and Chocolate co-branded collaboration (2023)
- Peppa Pig Plant with Peppa Collection for George@ASDA (2022)
Entry and judging of all the product categories will once again be done online – the process is quick and easy and means that there is no need to send any physical samples of products.
As ever, the product awards will be judged by key retailers from across the UK market – last year more than 200 retailers judged the categories.
The awards event itself will return to The Great Room at The Grosvenor House Hotel, London on Tuesday 16 September 2025, so mark the date in your diaries.
For sponsorship, entry enquiries or general questions regarding The Licensing Awards, please contact Ian Hyder, Jakki Brown, Rob Willis or Samantha Loveday.
